Götessons Design Group expands –
Acquires Norco Interior Group

Götessons Design Group, a leading player in design and interior solutions, proudly announces the acquisition of Norco Interior. The acquisition strengthens Götessons Design Group’s position in the market and allows the group to provide a broader and more versatile portfolio of products and services.

Norco Interior is a market-leading interior design group with presence in the Nordic region as well as Central and Eastern Europe. The offering includes customized interiors for shops, restaurants, hotels, and public spaces. The operates two larger production facilities, whereof one is focused on wood processing and the other on metal processing. Together with an extensive network of subcontractors, Norco Interior is a comprehensive and reliable partner delivering high-quality solutions. During 2023, Sias Contract was acquired by the group, a Norwegian company specializing in interior projects for the hotel industry. Sias Contracts actively engages in the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to the final solution, ensuring seamless delivery through collaboration with chosen suppliers. For Götessons Design Group, Norco Interior is an important addition in line with the group’s vision “Human Design, Human Growth.”

Götessons was founded in 1984 and has since evolved into an international group offering a complete range of workplace solutions with a focus on office spaces. The group includes acoustic expertise through Akustikmiljö in Falkenberg, Sweden, acquired in 2015. In 2019, David Design, an exclusive brand producing furniture created by Sweden’s foremost designers, was acquired. In 2021, the G-SIGN brand was established, the first on the market to offer a comprehensive concept in the gaming world. In 2022, Scan Sørlie joined the group, a leading furniture player in the Nordic market with strong competence in production and product development.

Götessons Design Group has an annual turnover of SEK 550 million and approximately 200 employees. Norco Interior has an annual turnover of SEK 900 million and approximately 350 employees. The combined group will thereby sum to SEK 1.4 billion with approximately 550 employees.
